Most academic papers should be written in academic voice. Academic voice tends to suppress the natural voice of the author in an effort to focus the reader on the material instead of the author's persona. — Научные работы, как правило, должны быть написаны в академическом стиле. Академический, научный стиль изложения нивелирует индивидуальный стиль автора, для того чтобы заставить читателя сосредоточиться на работе, а не на личности исследователя.
